We are a home improvement telemarketing company and we are looking for a powerful cold calling Home Improvement appointment setter that knows how to open / close and send good solid leads to confirmation.
We specialize in setting appointments for everything involving the home including HVAC, Roofing, Windows, Kitchen Remodeling, Bathroom Remodeling, Decks etc.
This is a work from home position and we are only looking for the best of the best. You must be trustworthy and consistent with our work schedule. We only want the best and most solid leads!

We have a predictive dialer CRM that makes the calls for you, you just have disposition to get to the next call. Our system is cloud based.
(MUST HAVE) Your system qualifications:
1) Must have a laptop or desktop computer (No chrome/ Netbooks, Ipads, Tablets etc).
2) We prefer hard wired computer however WiFi is ok at a certain speed
3) Must have a USB headset, no other headset will work with the system
4) Must have the latest update of Google Chrome installed
5) Must have a quiet work space
Pay: (Hourly + Commission + Daily Cash Spiffs)
-We start at $16.00 an hour with immediate consideration for raises based on production
-$100 per sale
-Daily cash spiffs "for example" 4 confirmed leads a day $40 Cash paid daily
-Pay period starts Thursday and ends Wednesday
-"Payday is every Monday Via Venmo or CashApp"
Work Hours: 38 hrs a week + Overtime hours on some Sunday's
Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 6:00pm
Friday - 9:00am - 3:00pm
