📍 Location: Encino, CA

⏳ Full-Time Position (40-45 hours/week)

🔥 About The Stand:

The Stand is a fast-casual restaurant with 20 locations across Orange County, Los Angeles, Santa Clara, and Houston, Texas. As we continue to grow, we are looking for highly skilled and motivated leaders to join our team!

🎯 Service Leader Responsibilities:

• Lead by example with a high sense of urgency
• Train and develop Front of the House (FOH) team members
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant
• Multi-task efficiently in a fun and fast-paced environment
• Foster a friendly, team-oriented workplace
• Oversee multiple kitchen stations (salads, fry, grill, expo)
• Handle daily paperwork and ensure smooth operations
• Must be 21 years of age or older

🔹 Essential Functions:

• Prepare food items safely and efficiently
• Follow recipes and maintain presentation quality
• Operate FOH and BOH equipment with care
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures

• Commitment to providing an excellent guest experience
• Minimum one year of management experience

🏋️‍♂️ Working Conditions:

• Frequent walking and standing for extended periods
• Ability to reach, kneel, bend, and stoop repeatedly
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Exposure to varying temperatures, including hot kitchens, freezers, and outdoor conditions

🗓️ Schedule:

• Full-time (40-45 hours per week)
• Five days a week, including weekends and holidays
