* Minimum of 2 years of solar installation experience.
* Proficiency in electrical wiring and conduit installation.

2. Mid-Level and Entry-Level Solar Installers
Responsibilities:
* Assist in assembling, mounting, and securing solar modules, panels, and racking systems
* Support site assessments and prepare layouts for solar installations
* Maintain tools and equipment in excellent working condition.
Requirements:
* For mid-level positions: 1 year of solar or relevant construction experience.
* For entry-level positions: a strong desire to learn and grow in the solar industry.
* Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
3. Certified Electricians with Solar Expertise
Responsibilities:
* Perform electrical wiring, conduit installation, and panel upgrades for solar systems.
* Conduct site assessments and provide technical support for solar projects.
* Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
Requirements:
* Valid California Electrical Certification.
* Experience in solar PV installations is highly preferred.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
