There are three types of businesses under the umbrella - Finance Company, Retail Store and Investment Company
We are a privately-owned and are seeking a candidate that wants to grow with an organization and really fine tune their skill set in a fast-paced business environment. Small, collaborative office setting where you will wear many hats and gain marketability among your peers. You will also be working directly with the President of the Company and assisting her where you are needed.
Must have a strong sense of Microsoft products and must be fast and accurate in data processing. Strong communication skills a must. Must be responsible, accountable and not afraid to find solutions to problems. Must have good time management skills and must be good with the public.

Qualifications:
• 1+ years’ work experience in fast-paced office environment (or equivalent)
• Bachelor’s degree or four-year equivalent (finance, business, etc. preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Fast and accurate data processing

Schedule:
• 9:00a – 5:30p Monday through Friday (Saturday may be needed in retail here and there)

• Solana Beach, CA – no remote work available, no travel required
