position has the potential to grow into a leadership role, so we’re seeking someone with both cooking experience and strong leadership skills. Management experience is preferred but not required.
🔹 Compensation: Based on experience + tips
🔹 Availability: Nights are a must, however, we are closed Mondays & Tuesdays. Definitely
looking for Wednesday & Saturday evening availability.
Job Requirements:
✅ Prior experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen
✅ Strong understanding of food preparation, safety, and sanitation
✅ Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team
✅ Leadership or management experience preferred
✅ Must be reliable, punctual, and ready to work evenings
