• Kayak and Snorkel Guide:
  Desire to have fun. No kayaking experience is required, nor needed, but a general understanding and respect for the ocean is always suggested. This opportunity is perfect if you enjoy making new friends, exercising on the beach, and challenging both your body and mind. If you are an athlete, mermaid or merman, or can handle a CrossFit workout, this is your calling. Our scheduling is flexible, and we work around both school and night jobs. We provide outstanding training on everything you will need to know. Best candidates work hard and are fun to be around!
• Surf Instructors:
  We are looking for talented, social employees who enjoy surfing, and most importantly want to share their love and passion with others. It's preferred that candidates have at least one season of Surf/SUP teaching or at least two years of surfing experience. All lesson and teaching instructions will be taught in-house, but note that all permitted San Diego Surf Instructors must have their American Red Cross Lifeguard cert, Water Safety Certification or the equivalent. Like the Kayak Guide position, our scheduling is very flexible and we can work around both class and other job schedules.

We prefer to hire ex-miliary, college grads, college students, skilled water people, solid hard working individuals, athletes and entrepreneurial type personalities! Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds while smiling.
