Are you someone who loves to bring order to a busy home, enjoys cooking, and finds joy in helping others? We’re looking for a caring, Mature and seasoned Executive Home Assistant to become a part of our household and help keep things running smoothly.
About Us
We’re a busy family with two elementary and older aged children, who values kindness, reliability, and a well-organized home. With work, school, and activities filling our days, we need an extra set of hands (and a warm heart) to help with everyday tasks—whether it’s preparing a healthy meal, running errands, taking of pets, or making sure the kids get where they need to be. If you love creating a peaceful and well-run home, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Be Doing
• Helping Our Home Run Smoothly – Keeping things organized, coordinating appointments, and making sure everything is in place.
• Running Errands – Grocery shopping, caring for animals, and managing other support vendors for the household, and anything else that helps take things off our plate.
• Cooking with Love – Preparing meals that nourish a gluten free family and bring comfort to our family.
• Caring for Our Kids – Picking them up from school or activities, preparing a healthy gluten free snack, and being an extra source of support.
• Keeping Things Tidy – Light housekeeping to ensure common areas stay clean and welcoming.
Who You Are
• You have a heart for service and love making a difference in people’s daily lives.
• You’re proactive, organized, and great at anticipating needs.
• You enjoy cooking and can prepare simple, nutritious meals.
• You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• You’re trustworthy, dependable, and bring a positive energy into a home.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
