Farm To Smash is looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our team in Escondido!
What You’ll Do:
• Smash and grill burgers to perfection, following our signature recipes
• Cook and assemble menu items quickly and consistently
• Operate grills, fryers, and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards
• Keep a clean and organized workstation
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with ingredient prep and restocking as needed
• Work as part of a team to keep orders flowing smoothly
