ASSISTANT CREDIT MANAGER
The Pasadena Credit Department has a full-time opportunity for a candidate that possesses an extraordinary level of integrity, trust, and responsibility.
Duties include but are not limited to cash reconciliation and deposits, payment processing, file maintenance, and customer service.
Successful candidates shall possess the following:
Ganahl Lumber Pasadena is currently seeking a candidate to fill the position of Assistant Credit Manager.
This is an opportunity for the right candidate to work in a fast-paced environment where you will develop strong relationships with customers and sales departments to help promote sales and growth.
The position requirements are as follows:
• Ability to collect an A/R of $4,000,000.00 - $8,000,000.00
• Knowledge of California Lien Laws a plus but not required
o Experience filing Preliminary notices.
o Knowledge of Mechanics Liens, Bond Claims and Stop Notices
• Cash Application
• Proficient with Word and Excel
• Attention to detail.
• The ideal candidate should be able to multitask and work well under pressure, while showing a great example of hospitality.
• This position is Monday through Friday
• Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm.
• Salary Range: $41,600 - 62,400 Annually.
• Passion for hospitality
• The ability to develop strong relationships with our internal and external customers to help them be successful.
• Excellent Interpersonal communication
• Basic math skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel
