Duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Interface with clients and financial partners daily
- Process ACH payments, wires and e-deposits
- Proficient on A/R and A/P
- Payroll review and preparation
- Assist with special projects, including but not limited to, customized financial reporting, calculating and processing payroll, budgeting, etc.
- Receive invoices from vendors. Review and process using our accounting software and adhere to standard company procedures to document transactions.
- Review bank reconciliations
- Ensure efficient and timely processing of all transactions with client vendors
- Always maintain professionalism and confidentiality to safeguard confident sensitive information
- Analyze discrepancies on invoices, and reearch to discover the source of the issue
- Supervise and assist Jr. Managers.
