We are seeking a mature resident manager to work part-time hours. A minimum of 2 years experience as a resident manager is preferred. The candidate should be computer literate and be proficient in Word and Excel. Great customer service and people skills are required. Duties include, but are not limited to, cleaning around the property, rent collection, bank deposits, monitoring cameras at property, serving notices, following up on notices and repairs with tenants, emailing updates weekly, showing vacancies, making minor repairs, cleaning units to make them rent ready, handling emergency calls, and calling vendors when needed for emergencies or repairs. On occasion, court appearances may be required.
We will provide a one - bedroom apartment with a total market rent of $1850 per month. This unit comes with stove, dishwasher, microwave, central AC/Heat, and garage parking for one vehicle. Water and trash are included. Resident manager will be credited a portion of the rent for managing.
Included is a phone to conduct business, a printer/copier, and a scanner for bank deposits. This position requires approximately 80 hours per month.
