Our client has an opening for Administrative Assistants in the Miramar area. We are looking for experienced individuals with organizational skills, an outgoing personality, and a passion for success. This position has a set start rate of $21.50, which is non-negotiable.
Administrative Assistant job highlights:
Clerical duties, including but not limited to reporting, faxing, filing, data entry, scanning, etc.
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls to appropriate team members
Service external and internal customers in a friendly and efficient manner, while communicating professionally.
Ensure general housekeeping of the facility is maintained.
Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
What we look for in Administrative Assistants:
1-2 years' previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
Strong computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel), type 30+ WPM
Effective telephone skills; pleasant phone presence, multi-line phone experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management skills; ability to prioritize, organize and multitask
High School Degree/GED. Associates Degree a Plus.
Pay Rate: $21.50
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
