Busy property management / Real Estate company looking to hire entry level, FULL-TIME, front desk admin / Showing Agent immediately.

**Property management, customer service or real estate experience is a plus**

Job Responsibilities:

- Showing properties to perspective tenants, if you have a Real Estate license you can show Real Estate Buyers too.
- You will be driving a company owned vehicle. We pay for gas and insurance.
- If you do not have a a California Real Estate license we WILL REQUIRE & help you to get one.
- Greeting, welcoming and directing visitors appropriately.
- Directing phone calls to appropriate parties, fielding questions about available properties, and setting showing appointments.
- Mail out vendor payments, owner payments and any other outgoing correspondence.
- Receive and distribute all incoming mail.
- Following up on incomplete rental applications.
- Schedule viewings for prospective tenants and coordinate with property manager for showings.
- Scheduling move in and move out inspections with current tenants.
- Website/technology walkthroughs for prospects, tenants and owners who have challenges, including password resets.
- Create and keep current our company wide vacancy list with properties, details, and pricing.
- Send out move in/move out packets to tenants in each stage of their tenancy.
- Schedule turning on/off utilities at properties accordingly where tenants are moving in/out.
- Receiving and posting rent payments and security deposits.
- Fielding some maintenance issues reported by tenants and scheduling vendors to address.
