Sun Coast Marine Services, Inc is seeking an adaptable and motivated individual to support our operations department. We are a yacht repair company based out of Shelter Island.
Main Responsibilities:
-Manage day-to-day office operational duties
-Data Entry: Estimates, Accounts Payable and help input new data into database to ensure efficiency within the business
-Help and assist with scheduling jobs and manning hours
-Assist in sourcing materials and parts
-Work with Admin department for customer service
Required Qualifications:
-Experience sourcing parts and materials for jobs
-1-2 years of office management experience
-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
-Proficient in Google Suite
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Takes direction well
-Works well with others
