General Description
Do you live in Riverside or in the surrounding area and are available to work on call? Shifts may vary between day/evening hours including weekends. Scheduling is VERY FLEXIBLE. Position applicants must be positive, patient, kid-friendly, and have the utmost attention to detail. They must be able to adapt swiftly. Experience in the fields of medical assistant, C.N.A, or in profession cosmetology or working with children is preferred but not required. As a clinician, you will be rigorously trained, but in a gentle and comfortable manner, providing comfort to our clients whether they be adults or small children. We deliver immediate relief in stressful situations. We get to see a world empowered by science to treat head lice safely, swiftly, and without stigma. Extensive paid training will be provided.
As a Clinician your duty will be to:
Provide treatment using our FDA-cleared medical device
Provide head checks
Maintain facility cleanliness
Conduct customer checkout and payment
Educate families on the facts of lice
Sales of retail product to accompany the services provided
Represent the LCA brand and our local business professionally and effectively
Benefits:
Wages start at $16.50 per hour. Every client is an opportunity to increase your salary by earning bonuses, tips, and commission on retail products created by LCA as well as partnering brands. Employees get a discount on retail products sold in the clinic. Every shift that involves a treatment is guaranteed two hours of hourly pay. A scheduled appointment that results in a no-show or cancellation will be paid one hour of hourly pay.
