Location: Fontana, CA
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays
Hours: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Pay: $30/hr, depending on experience
Bilingual is a plus
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience in the automotive field (body, paint, mechanical repair)
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with repair systems, software, and web-based applications
Must be able to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
Ability to identify small defects on and under vehicles
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assess damage and determine appropriate repair methods
Perform body repairs including straightening or replacing panels and frames
Remove dents and apply fillers as needed
Prep surfaces for painting by sanding, grinding, or filling
Paint and refinish vehicles to match original color and finish
Reassemble parts and components after repairs
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure repair standards are met
Communicate with customers or insurance companies when needed
Maintain and clean tools and equipment
Physical & Work Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work indoors and outdoors
On-site position only
Must be comfortable interpreting information and working with screens
