We employ candidates who have a “guest first” hospitality mindset and are passionate about their work. This is a new concept, so we are looking for energetic staff members to join the team. The right candidate will enjoy new challenges, appreciate working with a diverse group of people, be hardworking and good at time management. We are looking for someone who wants to commit to this project for the long haul on a full-time or part-time basis.
Server/Bartenders
You know the drill- Describe the concept to the guests, Take orders for food and beverages, use suggestive selling techniques. Input orders to POS system. Keep up with side-work while following the restaurant's procedure and serving guidelines. Must have be , have solid work ethic, be responsible, be a team player, be ServSafe® certified, be clean and organized. Must have the ability to multitask, and pay close attention to detail. Must have excellent customer service skills. Up to $18/hr DOE, plus tips. Minimum of 1-2 year of restaurant experience preferred.
Bussers/Runners
Be attentive to bringing food out from the kitchen in a timely manner as well as taking care of the floor. Must be okay with cleaning, taking out the trash. Up to $17.50/hr DOE, plus tips. 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
All applicants
Must have longevity at past restaurant jobs and live within close proximity to Redlands. Be personable, outgoing, well groomed, motivated, have common sense, a good attitude and excellent time management skills. Ensure station and set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the supervisor. Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
