We are looking for an experienced Business Development Sales Person in the staffing industry to help us expand our presence in the Inland Empire. Experience with both temporary high-volume and direct-hire positions is required. Ideally, we are searching for someone with a strong existing client base who can seamlessly integrate with our well-established team.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve aggressive growth targets within your designated territory.
• Educate potential clients about the benefits of our compliant, reliable, and cost-effective solutions, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring that all agreements meet company standards and client expectations.
• Establish and sustain strong relationships with both existing and new clients, nurturing long-term partnerships.
• 95% out in the field
• Responsible for sending Daily recap
