Job Title: Juice Bar Attendant

Job Overview:
Juice Barrel is looking for a motivated, friendly, and energetic Juice Bar Attendant to join our team. As a Juice Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages, ensuring every customer receives a high-quality product and exceptional service. You will also maintain a clean and organized work environment and contribute to creating a positive, inviting atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve fresh juices, smoothies, acai bowls, and other menu items in a timely and accurate manner.
Greet customers with a friendly, welcoming attitude and provide recommendations based on their preferences or dietary needs.
Handle customer transactions, including processing payments and managing the cash register.
Ensure that all drinks and products are made to the highest quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the juice bar area, including prepping ingredients, cleaning blenders, and sanitizing surfaces.
Replenish inventory of fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients, ensuring freshness and proper stock levels.
Educate customers about the benefits of different juices, smoothies, and ingredients, answering any questions they may have.
Follow health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up or breaking down the juice bar station.
Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and cohesive work environment.
Keep the customer experience top of mind, ensuring that each guest leaves satisfied.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service, food, or beverage-related role is preferred.
Passion for healthy living, nutrition, and wellness.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of juicing and smoothie preparation is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
