Plumbing and Radiant Heat Technician Needed (Los Angeles)

All residential new construction and remodel sites through-out the Los Angeles area.
Qualified candidates will have the following:
1. Minimum 4 YEARS of Plumbing and/or Radiant Heat Experience.
2. EXPERIENCE in solar thermal-hot water systems (not PV) is a plus but not required.
3. Must have STRONG TRADE KNOWLEDGE of BOILERS, HEATING, LOW VOLTAGE, CONTROLS, PUMPS, VALVES, Copper and Gas Methods.
4. Strong knowledge and experience with CONSTRUCTION phases, safety and necessary materials.
5. Strong and EXCELLENT ENGLISH verbal and written communication skills are required.
6. Applicant must have valid CA DL, own TRUCK and HAND TOOLS.
7. Wage pay based on experience $25-36 per hour
8. We WILL NOT ACCEPT contractors, handymen or unskilled resumes
