Harmony Home Care is seeking compassionate and experienced Home Care Aides to become a part of our excellent care team! You will provide one-to-one companionship and care to clients usually in the client's home. Great company to work with--check us out on Yelp or Google! One-on-one care!
Responsibilities:
• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly and those with disabilities
• Monitor and report changes in client health status
• Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing clients
• Give medication reminders
• Be proactive, find things to do, confirm with client
• Light housekeeping and cooking
• Errand services and transportation
• Transfer skills
• Exercise and range of motion
Qualifications:
• Registered CA Home Care Aide Number
• Live Scan fingerprinting, Auto Insurance, TB Clearance, DL and SS card
• At least one year experience in-home or facility care
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Ability to build friendly rapport with clients and their families
• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
• Good written communication to read and keep log
• CNA is a plus but not required
