Mi Piace, a high-volume, modern Italian kitchen in the heart of Old Pasadena with 35 years of culinary excellence, is looking for a skilled Night Pasta Cook to join our dynamic team.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience cooking fresh and dry pasta in a fast-paced kitchen
Ability to execute dishes consistently with precision and finesse
Strong understanding of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques
Dependable, organized, and a team player with a sense of urgency
Able to handle high volume while maintaining quality and speed
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and cook pasta dishes to Mi Piace standards
Manage your station with cleanliness, organization, and pride
Work closely with the chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Contribute to a positive, professional kitchen culture
