Looking for a maintenance man that is familiar with property maintenance for apartment buildings. Perform routine building maintenance duties such as plumbing , painting, flooring, drywall, electrical and upkeep. Also must have good customer service skills. Must be a self-starter have your own tools and transportation. Full time Monday - Friday. Work area Los Angeles and Inglewood. Please attach resume.
