Seeking a low key detail oriented reliable person with experience with Behavioral Health to assist the Director with daily task to include but not limited to :
Interfacing with Admin Team - updating information on google docs- excel sheets- patient data- contacting insurance companies- contacting billing dept with information.
Collecting mail and processing x 1 per week and general admin duties in general. Must be very detail oriented communicative self motivated . Must present with mature attitude and solution focused approach.
Applicant required to be Mac computer proficient and able to work within google workspace. Good phone manner and flexible and able to multi task and be part of a team.
Work Days 4 mornings 9 am - 1 pm ( 16 hours per week ) Remote position - One morning In Office required.
