Full-time apartment Multi-Site Maintenance Technician position for a property management company located in Sherman Oaks, California.
As a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring our apartment communities are rent-ready and well-maintained. You will work across multiple properties, focusing on unit turns, repairs, and general maintenance.
Must work well in a team atmosphere and independently. Maintenance experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Perform unit turns including painting, repairs, and appliance installations, property curb appeal.
• Oversee work orders for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance.
• Collaborate with property managers to ensure timely turnovers Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards.
Qualifications:
• Experience in apartment maintenance or multi-site maintenance
• Strong skills in unit turns, including painting, drywall repair, and basic plumbing/electrical work.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel between properties required)
