We are currently seeking a motivated, hands-on Lead / Supervisor to help oversee daily operations and lead our team to success. Reports to the general manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the management team in the daily supervision of restaurant operations
• Lead by example, providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Train, mentor, and support front-of-house team members
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to ensure a productive, positive work environment
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints professionally and efficiently
• Receive and manage catering orders efficiently
• Support scheduling, inventory, and opening/closing duties as needed
• Ensure all team members adhere to company policies and procedures
• Should have experience with POS specifically TOAST POS systems
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate and guide a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest concerns with care
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handler’s Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Benefits:
• Compensation: $18-$20 /hr plus tips
Average: $30-$50 with tips
