We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Furniture Assembly & Installation Specialist to join our team! Job Opening: Furniture Assembler & Repair Specialist

Responsibilities:
• Conduct final inspections and quality control checks by comparing product to written order details, finish color samples and product photography.
• Assemble furniture components, including but not limited to attaching table tops to table bases, installing glides and connecting mirror frames and cleats.
• Drill pilot holes and install door/drawer hardware in wood furniture with a high level of precision.
• Touch-up scuffs or scratches on wood and metal finishes as needed.
• Keep an organized, clean and safe work area.
• Maintain a finish sample library.
• Alert Team Leader before supplies run low.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Assist in developing resolutions for product performance issues.
• Complete special projects as assigned.


Requirements:
• Proficiency with small power tools including chop saws, drill presses and portable routers.
• Highly competent with hand tools including drills, polishers and tape measures.
• Basic computer skills for accessing order details and communication with team members.
• Ability to read and interpret written order details.
• Ability to read an interpret product drawings.
• Good verbal communication skills and possess the desire to work collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Eager to bring new ideas to the table and challenge old ways of looking at things.
• Demonstrates a strong personal work ethic

Schedule & Benefits:
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Some overtime required)
Full-Time, On-Site (Inglewood 90302)
