What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 Lead & Manage Sales Efforts: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase our client base
🔹 Help expand footprint in San Clemente and local cities
🔹 Oversee Customer Acquisition: Generate leads, provide accurate job quotes, Help estimate and close deals
🔹 Upsell & Cross-Sell: Train field technicians hire to upsell additional services to existing customers
🔹 Team Development: Mentor junior staff, set sales targets, and foster a high-performing culture
🔹 Brand Reputation: Maintain professionalism and uphold our strong standing with clients
🔹 Communication: Keep clear lines open with both the operations team and clients to ensure top-tier service

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Sales Experience: Previous success in a leadership or management role (floor install or cleaning background is a plus, not required)
✔ Familiarity with Cleaning Services: Knowledge of equipment (buffers, pressure washers, etc.) is helpful to sell, but we can train!
✔ Motivated & Reliable: Strong work ethic and eager to grow alongside our expanding company
✔ Excellent Communication: Confident talking to clients, handling objections, and closing sales
✔ Ability to use a CRM, Phone, Text, Email, and accounting software
✔ Customer-Focused Attitude: Our reputation is everything—professionalism clean appearance is key
