Sales & Dispatcher for Remodeling Company – Full-Time (Fullerton, CA)
Compensation: Based on experience – Hourly + Bonuses
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are a high-energy, fast-paced remodeling company looking for a sales-driven professional to join our team. This is a sales role first and foremost—not a clerical or secretary job. We need someone who is polished, persuasive, and experienced in closing deals over the phone and in person.
🚨 Who We’re Looking For:
✔ Someone who has worked in remodeling sales, mortgage sales or any other sales
✔ Someone who knows the secrets of telemarketing but is NOT a telemarketer
✔ A salesperson who has made hundreds of calls to homeowners and knows how to push for the appointment
✔ A mature, confident, well-spoken, and engaging professional with a natural ability to connect with homeowners, build rapport, and close sales
✔ Someone with a warm yet persuasive approach who knows how to guide clients toward making decisions
Job Responsibilities:
✔ Make outbound calls to homeowners to schedule remodeling consultations
✔ Follow up with potential clients who didn’t close the deal and overcome objections
✔ Set solid appointments for our project managers and ensure homeowners are excited to meet with us
✔ Use sales psychology to ask the right questions and uncover the client’s needs, budget, and goals without sounding pushy
✔ Explain why we are the best choice for their remodeling project
✔ Guide homeowners through the process of selecting materials in our showroom while still pushing for in-home appointments
✔ Maintain and update the CRM with valuable client insights
Qualifications:
✅ Must be an experienced salesperson—not an admin or a secretary those are plus
✅ Background in remodeling showroom sales, mortgage sales, brokerage, real estate is a big plus
✅ Must have worked in a high-volume calling environment and know how to handle objections
✅ Confident, well-spoken, and presentable—you must know how to engage homeowners and make them trust you
✅ Persuasive and results-driven—we need someone who can lock in appointments
✅ Tech-savvy—able to use CRM software and Microsoft Office
