Fast growing Roofing Company looking to add a Project Coordinator . We are seeking a dependable, detail orientated individual with good communication skills to assist in residential roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in roofing/project coordination. Must be able to speak and write in English (spanish is a bonus).
Responsibilities in these tasks (not limited to) :
Coordinate on software for jobs
Make sure materials are delivered to job site.
Order/deliver any additional materials needed to complete project.
Work with the roofing crew during the project, supervising the quality and job completion to customers satisfaction.
Communicate with customer any additional work needed, costs and schedule changes.
Communicate between the field staff and office staff the progress of jobs.
Take necessary actions as a result of bad weather, emergencies, or delays.
Post photos info company software
Complete necessary checklists
Valid drivers license
Clean driving record
Quality control every job
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) not a deal breaker
Uses scheduling software to update schedules, track progress, and document project progression
Education and Experience Requirements:
Roofing Experience / Construction Experience
