Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and looking for your next step in the hospitality industry? Alza Italian Kitchen in Rancho Santa Margarita is excited to announce an opening for a part-time Server position. We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team and enhance our welcoming atmosphere! Bar experience is a plus and may lead to additional opportunities.
Teamwork is mandatory and at the heart of everything we do. We foster a collaborative environment where supporting one another is key to creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:
• Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant and front-of-house areas.
• Assist in seating arrangements and ensure guest comfort throughout their visit.
• Respond promptly to any guest inquiries or concerns, providing excellent service.
• Work closely with and support team members to ensure smooth and seamless operations in the dining room.
Expectations:
• Previous server experience is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset is non-negotiable.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology basics is a plus and may lead to bartending opportunities.
• Holiday and Weekend availability is mandatory. (Closed Xmas and Thanksgiving)
• Commitment to delivering outstanding guest service at all times.
