About the Role:
You will be an essential part of our company's "Simple P & L" team, working directly with clients to help them manage their financials.
Your role is critical in creating peace of mind for our clients—managing the details so they can focus on running their business.

This isn’t a passive, follow-the-script role. We’re looking for problem-solvers, confident communicators, and compassionate advisors who aren’t afraid to dig into complex issues to find solutions.

What You’ll Do:
Manage client relationships from onboarding on.
-Provide professional and accurate bookkeeping services to our clients by utilizing QuickBooks online.
-Prepare financial reports for clients by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
-Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, etc.
-Meet with management to provide insight on client and PRG health.
-Will manage and track our own in-house collections.
-Other basic office duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:
-Experience as a bookkeeper with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
-Use of QuickBooks, spreadsheets, and database proficiency is a must.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, CRM systems and basic web applications.
-High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

-Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
-Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
-Someone who can ask the right questions, stay calm under pressure, and build trust with clients.
-If you’re bilingual in Spanish, that’s a plus—but not mandatory.
