SERVER JOB:

- Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using the cash register system.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Ensure all food handling practices are followed, including proper sanitation of utensils and work areas.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and resetting for new guests.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Server in a Japanese restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is an advantage.

As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for creating high-quality sushi dishes that meet our standards for taste and presentation, while ensuring adherence to food safety regulations. Duties:
Prepare and present a variety of sushi dishes, including nigiri, sashimi, and rolls, using fresh ingredients.
Ensure all food preparation meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate meal service and ensure timely delivery of dishes.
