Position Requirements & Responsibilities
1. Local Residency: Must live in or near North County San Diego.
2. Authorization to Work in the U.S.: We verify documentation and follow all legal requirements.
3. Drug-Free & Alcohol-Free on the Job: No substance use allowed during work hours or in company vehicles.
4. Dependability & Integrity: Show up on time, work diligently, and uphold our high customer satisfaction standards.
5. Physical Fitness: Able to safely lift 75 lbs repeatedly and handle physically demanding tasks.
6. Attention to Detail: Take care to avoid damage to clients’ belongings and property.
7. Professional Appearance & Attitude: This is a customer-facing role; a $10 company shirt is required for a consistent, professional look.
8. Driver’s License (Preferred): A clean record is strongly preferred for higher pay as a Driver/Lead.
