Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
Assist with order processing, invoicing, and maintaining customer records.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, deliveries, and production timelines.
Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and invoices to clients.
Provide administrative support to sales and production teams.
Maintain office supplies and organize files, documents, and records.
Assist in basic social media updates and marketing materials (if needed).
Perform general office duties, including filing, scanning, and organizing.
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software (a plus).
Familiarity with the sign industry (a plus but not required).
