We are looking for a part time Seafood clerk to help our small retail team.
Key Responsibilities
- To prepare all food to the highest standard
- To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to our customers
- To work alongside Chef Mike to create dishes that utilize whole fish in order to minimize wastage
- Must have great knife skills
- Comfortable working in a fast pace environment
- Responsible for maintaining stations and practicing good safety and sanitation procedures
- Well focused and organized
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude and a team player
