Our sales team is the engine that drives our national consumer reach in moving solutions. We are seeking a qualified commission based Territory Sales Manager to help keep our revenue machine running through their own skill and determination. Our ideal Territory Sales Manager has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, specifically with excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We’re seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others. This role demands a leader with a sharp mind and the ability to bring sales into the company and build relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities 📝

◾Traveling to build relationships and increase sales
◾Joining & attending at least 1-weekly or bi-weekly networking group meeting
◾Relationship building efforts via prospecting/cold-calling real estate professionals
◾Maintaining solid working relationships with customers by ensuring that their needs are met and resolving complaints in a timely manner
◾Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by persuading customers to utilize our services
◾Analyzing sales and marketing data to determine the most effective sales and marketing techniques
◾Developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales
◾Ensuring that brand awareness is meets or exceeds company expectations
◾Conducting surveys (onside & virtually) to accurately assess the costs for relocation
◾Provide quotes within 24-hours of the initial client meeting
◾Maintain a regimented follow-up protocol to actively monitor the opportunity
◾All duties are to be performed within the assigned territory, specifically
