Responsibilities
Assess and evaluate loan applications by analyzing clients' financial information and credit history.
Provide expert advice to clients on various loan products, including non-QM, Private Money, Commercial Lending Fix and Flips and ground up construction. Ensuring they understand terms and conditions.
Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions and client interactions using accounting software.
Collaborate with underwriters to ensure timely processing of loans while adhering to regulatory requirements.
Utilize basic math skills and 10 key typing proficiency for accurate data entry and calculations.
Offer exceptional customer service throughout the loan process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations that may affect lending practices.
Skills
Proficient in basic math and financial calculations necessary for evaluating loan applications.
Experience with underwriting processes and familiarity with banking operations is preferred.
Background in financial sales or services, demonstrating an ability to effectively communicate product benefits to clients.
