Join a rapidly growing tile brand disrupting the U.S. market. We're looking for motivated, 100% commission-based sales reps to represent our premium tile line. No experience? No problem. We provide full training, support, and tools to help you succeed.
This is a commission-only role, but not your average one. You'll be offering large, high-margin tile orders sold to contractors, showrooms, developers, and builders.
Whether you're an ambitious beginner or a seasoned rep with a strong network, we want to work with people who are hungry to close and ready to build something real.
You’ll have endless lead opportunities — from tile showrooms, flooring stores, contractors, designers, and architects, to hotels, luxury home builders, developers, and even government projects. We’ll give you warm leads to get started, and once you build momentum, you’ll never run out of people to pitch.
💰 Commission Structure:
Earn 15%–30% commission based on order size, lead source, and your involvement.
We’re flexible and happy to tailor terms — let’s talk.
Many of our reps earn $5,000–$30,000+ per month, depending on effort and deal flow.
