- General maintenance and repairs (painting, plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, vacancy work, etc.)
- Cleaning and keeping the property in top shape
- Identifying issues before they get worse and handling them
- Following instructions and following a maintenance schedule
- Making sure all work is done professionally and neatly
- Must have a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Must be reliable, responsible, and professional
- Must have experience in handyman or construction work
- Must be able to lift and move heavy items when needed
- Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation to get to work daily
(work assigned in different cities in Greater Los Angeles Area)
- Must have all hand & power tools necessary
- Must be legally allowed to work in the U.S.
