Work & Service Coalition is a nonprofit agency that is dedicated to serving the needs of those with developmental disabilities living within the Los Angeles area. We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual, who is willing to work either full or part time to join our diverse team as a Support Staff.
As a member of our Support Staff you are tasked with teaching and training our clients in improving vocational skills and self-care. One of our key methods in accomplishing this goal, is through the development and implementation of activities; in which support staff are required to create an interactive curriculum, that instructs our clients on topics such as self-care, social skills, and vocational skills.
Requirements:
- High school graduate
- Effective communication skills
- Has passed a Live Scan, background check, and TB testing
- Valid CA license and a good driving record
