Personal Injury Attorney
The ideal candidate will have extensive litigation experience with a strong background in Personal Injury Law. This role requires exceptional legal research and writing skills, as well as the ability to handle cases from inception through trial.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in litigation, effectively advocating their interests in court.
Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Manage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, settlement negotiations, and trial.
Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive case strategy.
Stay current on relevant laws and regulations affecting personal injury cases.
Labor and Employment Attorney
Our firm is dedicated to protecting the rights of employees and providing aggressive legal representation in plaintiffs' employment cases. We handle matters involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and other workplace disputes. We seek a highly motivated attorney with experience in employment litigation, workplace compliance, and dispute resolution. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to independently manage cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee cases from filing through trial, including settlement negotiations, depositions, court appearances, motion practice, and trial proceedings.
Manage cases efficiently from pre-litigation through resolution.
Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for testimony.
Perform extensive legal research and draft high-quality legal documents.
Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the California State Bar.
Minimum of three (3) years of litigation experience or relevant experiences.
Strong legal drafting skills and keen attention to detail.
Excellent analytical abilities and the capacity to interpret complex legal matters.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
