Position Overview:
As an Irrigation Technician at Los Gatos, Inc., you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing existing irrigation systems, ensuring they function at their best. You’ll also assess the effectiveness and efficiency of these systems and provide clients with valuable recommendations. Your job duties will include:
Installing, inspecting, and repairing irrigation systems
Troubleshooting and making recommendations for system improvements
Completing reports, controller charts, and as-builts
Maintaining accurate documentation for each project
Communicating effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and system performance
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, candidates should have the following:
At least 2 years of experience with commercial irrigation systems
Strong knowledge of irrigation parts, controllers, valves, sprinkler heads, and associated components
Ability to assess irrigation systems’ effectiveness and recommend improvements
Experience with creating and maintaining detailed reports and system charts
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
