We are seeking an experienced and driven Lead HVAC Installer who is committed to delivering high-quality work, leading an installation crew, and providing exceptional service to our residential clients. โข Install, replace, and retrofit HVAC systems in residential settings efficiently and to industry standards.
โข Lead an installation crew, working alongside a helper to complete jobs efficiently and professionally.
โข Maintain detailed records of work completed, parts used, and time spent on jobs.
โข Provide excellent customer service, answering client questions and ensuring satisfaction throughout the installation process.
โข Keep the company vehicle and tools in clean, working order.
โข Collaborate with management and other team members to improve processes and drive efficiency.
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
โข 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (preferred), with a focus on residential settings.
โข Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including ductwork, ventilation, and electrical components.
โข Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks as needed.
โข Clean DMV record.
โข Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and mentor a team.
โข Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with a high level of organization.
โข Team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to professionalism.
