We own and operate a 3-acre, 50 suite entertainment plaza near SoFi stadium and intuit dome.
We have operated this mall for 35 years and have recently remodeled every suite focused on entertainment.
We are now looking for a senior property Manager with five to ten years' experience in retail property management running these facilities.
The candidate must have at least BA/BS from a four-year university in Business Administration and Accounting. MBA would be preferable.
Candidate must be comfortable in managing all aspects of the property.
including working with owner and attorneys on the leases, and managing all employee such as the maintenance, marketing, office administrative and entertainment staff.
Candidates must oversee the maintenance of the facility, the buildout of new suites with the owner who has experience.
Candidates must be extremely computer literate and understand the programs that are routinely used in business office.
It would be a benefit if you are located close to the area.
It would be helpful if you know the previous employee that you could contact in this industry to help growing needs for additional personnel in the business.
Must be willing to make commitment to the growth of the business and you will be well compensated for it.
The compensation will depend on past experience, education and willingness to commit to the job .
