Job Title: Dock Rep & Customer Service Desk

Dock Rep Responsibilities:
As a Dock Rep, you'll be at the forefront of our operation, ensuring our customers have the time of their lives on the water. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting guests with rentals of jet skis, kayaks, and stand-up paddle boards
Providing instruction on safety and proper use of rental equipment
Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and security of the marina dock and equipment
Responding effectively and professionally to customers' needs
Attending to valet customers and washing their kayak each month
Handling equipment such as kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, and life vests with ease
Memorizing the jet ski speech and conducting pre- and post-rental inspections
Ensuring jet skis are flushed and fueled at the end of each day
Counting and storing kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, and life vests
