The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintenance and repair of production equipment including pumps, ovens, bonding equipment, etc. This position requires a proactive individual with strong mechanical knowledge and electrical hands-on experience in manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will possess the skills to perform maintenance tasks, and ensure all systems operate efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections and maintenance/repair on production equipment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical principals.
Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities and inventory management.
Ability to read schematics and technical documents effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols during all maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ Years proven experience in production equipment maintenance
Strong mechanical/electrical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
