Immediate opening for a medical assistant/receptionist. Involves all aspects of patient experience within a boutique integrative practice with lengthy appointments and low volume, in a wonderful work environment.
Required
• High school graduate or equivalent, MA certification preferred
• Excellent communication skills, customer focused, excellent attention to detail, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to interface well with people (physicians, organizational staff, outside vendors, patients and family members)
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology
• Prior medical office experience, phlebotomy skills, and formal training greatly preferred
• Full-time preferred, part-time considered
