HöMAGE is a lively, curated gift shop nestled in the heart of Old Pasadena, surrounded by a vibrant mix of independent shops. Just steps from the bustling Colorado Blvd., we enjoy a steady flow of both local and visiting customers. Since opening our doors in 2015, we’ve been growing and are excited to welcome a new team member to join us on this journey!
We’re seeking a long-term, part-time team member who is eager to take on responsibilities and grow with us. As a part of the team, there is potential for the role to transition into full-time as opportunities become available. We offer a flexible schedule, and we’re looking for someone who is sales-driven and outgoing.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and skills:
Outgoing, friendly, and conversational
Sales-driven with a passion for customer interaction
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Fast learner and adaptable
Well-organized and self-motivated
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Detail-oriented and solution-focused
Strong math skills and neat penmanship
Professional, yet relaxed and approachable
A genuine interest in art, craft, music, and handmade items
Experience required:
Retail sales experience, preferably in a small business setting
Proven customer service experience in a customer-facing role
Basic knowledge of POS systems and computer operations
Inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities
Problem-solving and troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment
