Job Summary:
We are currently hiring a Scale Weighing Operator to oversee the accurate weighing of trucks and cargo. This role ensures compliance with industry regulations and supports smooth logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and able to communicate effectively with both drivers and dispatch teams.
Responsibilities:
Weigh incoming and outgoing trucks to ensure accurate load measurements
Verify that all loads comply with legal weight limits and company policies
Communicate with drivers and warehouse staff regarding any discrepancies
Requirements:
Must be bilingual
Experience in a trucking, logistics, or warehouse environment is preferred
Basic computer skills and familiarity with scale software
